Account Representative

Position Summary:  We are looking for the best and brightest talent and a self-starter who understands the value of results-driven customer service. The Account Representative manages the day-to-day customer relationship to ensure client satisfaction and contract renewal. The successful candidate will be responsible for current client outreach, communicating results of campaigns, handling client concerns and impacting significant levels of annual revenue.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with multiple internal teams to evaluate marketing performance and adjust strategy
  • Work with Account Managers to meet monthly forecast goals with a focus on securing client retention before renewal date
  • Conduct client calls to provide direction regarding proof approvals, data access and general campaign performance
  • Provide direction/guidance to clients and internal teams on creation of digital and print advertising
  • Responsible for client experience by serving as the primary point of daily contact
  • Remain in contact with client throughout campaign providing relevant insights that grow the relationship between Client Command and the dealer client
  • Campaign results interpretation and reporting for advocating on behalf of clients internally
  • Analyze campaign results to build value and facilitate positive client relationships
  • Responsible for data monitoring impacting daily/weekly client and agent communications
  • Responsible for in-bound client communication
  • Determine client needs through consistent communication and provide strategic direction
  • Create relationship with client IT contacts to ensure consistent data flow for campaign success
  • Provide relevant content for client presentations
  • Document client communications and run related reports in Salesforce
  • Utilize various software programs to coordinate internal communications for client needs (Trello, Basecamp, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
  • Engage needed internal resources on behalf of client needs
  • Collaborate with agents to provide needed support to clients
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Technical aptitude to learn new computer database systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to respond to quickly changing deadlines and demands
  • Ability to share ideas and create new materials to improve team effectiveness and processes
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment

 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree and two years’ experience in a related field.
