Campaign Data Specialist

Position Summary:  The Campaign Data Specialist is responsible for managing data through various sources and creating our marketing lists using proprietary software created by Client Command. This position will include, but is not limited to, the review and manipulation of data from our client’s customer databases. We are looking for someone who is results driven and also would like to continue to advance her/his career by looking to take on more responsibility as the company grows.
The Campaign Specialist will:

 

  • Work with clients, agents, agencies, and vendors to procure required campaign data
  • Analyzing campaign data
  • Be responsible for creating customer target lists for dealer campaigns
  • Be responsible for executing tasks and processes for multiple campaign media types

 

Tasks 

  • Ordering and processing of dealer data
  • Create and manipulate data for customer target list creation along with all concurrent processes associated with lists
  • Working with outside vendors to produce Conquest customers for customer target lists
  • Evaluate and communicate important analytical data
  • Maintain data tracking logs
  • Working with IT team to improve and automate proprietary database processes
  • Prepare semi-monthly analytical lists
  • Other duties, as assigned

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Suites, especially Excel
  • Be organized
  • Be detail oriented
  • Have good analytical skills
  • Have the technical aptitude to learn new computer database systems
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, management, and other team members daily
  • Respond to quickly changing deadlines and demands
  • Share ideas and create new materials to improve effectiveness of processes and procedures
  • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks with little direct supervision
  • Enjoy working in a team atmosphere
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Enjoy working with data and spreadsheets

 

Education & Experience 

  • Recent college graduate OR
  • Associates Degree and 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment OR
  • High School Degree and 4+ years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Proficient in Office products, especially Word and Excel
  • Previous marketing experience a plus
