Sales Administrator

Position Summary:  The Sales Administrator will provide vital support and be a key point of contact within our dynamic sales team, working to meet departmental and company goals.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Perform research, correspondence; file maintenance and management, meeting planning, scheduling and report preparation
  • Serve as a liaison for sales team with multiple internal departments
  • Prepare frequent client presentations and proposals in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Utilize Salesforce and Client Command internal system for tracking and meeting goals
  • Run reporting from Salesforce and other internal numbers to support team
  • Communicate with dealer and agent clients on various needs and requests
  • Format correspondence and communication to agent and dealer clients
  • Create and coordinate sales/training materials
  • Assist in planning for agent training classes
  • Create team communications and correspondence
  • Create and maintain a strong relationship with dealers, agent clients and vendors
  • Research individual client and industry trends for insights, bringing insights to the sales team
  • Support the sales team communications and correspondence

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce data management and reporting a plus
  • Solid organizational/multitasking skills to manage various projects
  • Team player who can stay motivated and work well in groups or independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professionalism and strong business acumen
  • Enjoys working with dynamic personalities; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable connecting with various clients/external business contacts
  • Ability to prioritize work and utilize goal-setting
  • Advanced knowledge of web based research

 

Education & Experience 

  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree with solid, proven work experience as a Sales Administrator/Sales Coordinator or as part of a sales team.
