FOUNDER AND CEO

Passionate and competitive, Jonathan Lucenay loves the car business. Groomed in automotive retail, he founded Client Command® in 1999 to deliver innovative, ahead of the curve marketing solutions that help dealers win. Under his leadership, Client Command built the most advanced shopper identification in the industry to power omni-channel solutions that make shopper marketing possible in automotive. His commitment to delivering results has driven Client Command’s hyper-growth, patented technology innovation and award-winning company culture. Jonathan spends his time investing in customers and employees to help them reach their full potential and making memories with his wife and three daughters.

CHARLES DARWIN
COO AND EVP

Results-oriented and driven, Charles has a passion for building effective operations and sustaining a company culture that deliver best-in-class experiences for customers and employees. Under his leadership, Client Command® has achieved regional and national recognition for its company culture, employee satisfaction and hyper-growth. Charles is so passionate about helping others reach their full potential, he spends much of his time volunteering in his local church, coaching youth sports and serving on the board of Water Is Life International. He is an avid runner, has traveled to 20+ countries and enjoys time with his wife and three children.

Pioneering and ambitious, Greg is a disruptive visionary in the automotive tech space. He brings 20+ years in technology across multiple industries to deliver cutting edge shopper identification and automated marketing solutions to dealers. Greg is passionate about helping dealers leverage today’s tech to win with today’s shopper and grow their businesses. Under Greg’s leadership, Client Command® launched the Active Shopper Network™ and was awarded a patent on its unique shopper identification and automated marketing platform. An adventure enthusiast, you’ll find Greg hiking with Erica and their 3 dogs (one is a foster), off-roading the Jeep, or practicing jiu-jitsu.

KAREN REID
CFO

Strategically-minded and results-oriented, Karen brings 20 years of banking and finance experience at companies including QSpex Technologies, Conisus, Citigroup, and Arthur Andersen. Her diverse background, in private equity, venture capital, banking, finance, analytics and accounting, across a wide range of industries, equips her to lead transformational initiatives that enable scalability for Client Command®. Karen holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a B.S. in Accounting from Wake Forest University. In her spare time, you’ll find her investing in others through mentoring relationships at various professional organizations and volunteer roles at her church.

CHRIS MARTIN
SVP OF CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT

Customer-focused and innovative, Chris is passionate about dealers reaching their full potential. Chris has spent the past 15 years working closely with dealers to understand their goals and align Client Command’s industry-leading marketing solutions to drive results for their businesses. He leads the team of sales consultants and account managers focused on strategizing with dealers to identify their goals, understand their business challenges, offer training to sales teams and innovate marketing strategies to drive sales. With the customer experience at the center of his focus, Chris partners with the product team to continually enhance Client Command’s precision targeting, marketing automation and identity-based attribution to accelerate a dealer’s ability to win with today’s shopper and run their business efficiently and effectively. Chris is motivated by helping those around him reach their potential and is an avid learner of business development, customer experience, team building and leadership.

KIMBERLY COOPER
VP OF MARKETING

Strategic and creative, Kim is a gifted marketing leader known for transforming brands. Kim leverages her more than 20 years of automotive, shopper marketing and media industry knowledge to deliver strategic solutions that help serve Client Command’s customers. She is passionate about sharing her expertise with dealers to ensure they have the technology and insights needed to win in today’s highly competitive market. Prior to joining Client Command®, Kim worked with organizations such as Liva Nova, Chegg, Cox Automotive and AutoTrader, standing up high-performing marketing teams that drove innovation and market disruption in the Automotive, Millennial, Hispanic, Shopper, Media and Medical Device industries.
