In a highly competitive market, our customers deserve solutions, tools and partners dedicated to their success. We want our customers to win! We get up each day with customer success as our motivation.

Sustainable success is driven by people. People are defined by the values they live by. At Client Command®, our values influence everything we do. And it starts at the top.

Jonathan Lucenay founded Client Command®, a marketing technology company focused in the automotive vertical, in September 1999. Driven to be a trusted partner and deliver world-class service to dealer customers, Jonathan built Client Command with one goal – help its customers and employees reach their full potential.

In 2014, under his leadership, Client Command® doubled down on innovation to help dealers win with the changing consumer. The company developed technology awarded a US Patent in 2018 that leverages online behavioral and offline identity data to fuel automated omni-channel marketing to specific shoppers. Client Command’s award-winning, patented tech flips the script on automotive marketing, and positions Client Command® as an industry leader.

In addition to delivering for customers, Jonathan is equally committed to investing in Client Command’s people. He led the development of dynamic leadership development programs for employees and nurtures a culture committed to helping its employees thrive inside and outside of the office. Jonathan’s leadership has propelled Client Command® to receive regional and national recognition for company success, product excellence and its thriving company culture.

In addition to serving its customers and employees, Jonathan fundamentally believes in supporting organizations who serve those in need. A portion of Client Command’s annual revenue directly impacts myLIFEspeaks, an organization structured to serve and improve daily life among the orphan population of Haiti. Jonathan holds a BA in Communications from Baylor University. Jonathan resides in Cumming, Georgia with his wife of more than 20 years and three daughters.

Charles Darwin joined Client Command® in 2000 as employee number two. Together, he and Jonathan Lucenay set the foundation for what it means to deliver world-class service to customers and provide an environment that allows its employees to thrive. Charles is responsible for the execution of the mission and vision of the company as well as profitability and growth.

Under his leadership, the company has been recognized on Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies list seven times, earned additional regional awards for its growth and been recognized regionally and nationally for its award-winning company culture. The list of awards includes Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures, Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Best Places to Work and Inc. Magazine’s Top Workplaces.

Before joining Client Command, Charles was a leader in a health care field, serving at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University as well as Master of Health Administration and Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Washington University in St. Louis.

In his personal life, Charles is an active member of the community and volunteers regularly. He is a deacon and youth Sunday school teacher, serves as a board member for Water Is Life International, and has spent 20 years volunteering as a youth coach in baseball, football, soccer and basketball. Charles resides in Suwanee, Georgia with his wife, Molly, of more than 20 years and three children.

Client Command® exists so customers and employees reach their full potential! Our company culture is shaped by its values including innovation, results, professionalism, service and more.

We act ethically, no matter the consequences. We believe there is a right and wrong way to live. We understand that “even a young man is known by his actions, whether his activity is pure and whether it is right.” Proverbs 20:11 “Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.” – C.S. Lewis

We measure ourselves and our performance based upon the measurable output of our work. We welcome the expectation of measurable results from clients and co-workers because we know that fulfilling that expectation creates value. “There is no such thing as failure there are only results.” – Tony Robbins

We believe that true leadership is found in service to others. We make extra efforts to serve our clients, co-workers and families as well as to serve those less fortunate because this is right. “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” –Winston Churchill

Good is never good enough for us or our clients. We constantly seek to improve, iterate and whenever possible, transform. “Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.” – Steve Jobs

We identify the objective and doggedly pursue our goals because our clients, our co-workers and our families deserve to have someone that will pursue victory on their behalf. “The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a person’s determination.” – Tommy Lasorda

We work as a unit to accomplish goals on behalf of our clients and our team realizing that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.” – Henry Ford

Winners don’t just win at work. They win at work, at homes, in their chosen endeavors outside the office. We believe the best team members are those who are winning inside and outside the office. Keeping the saw sharpened enables us to be energized and creative so that we do our best work for our clients, our co-workers and our family. “Whether you are big or small, you cannot give good customer service if your employees don’t feel good about coming to work.” – Martin Oliver

We think outside the box, take risks and deliver new solutions. “Creativity involves breaking out of established patterns in order to look at things in a different way.” – Edward de Bonoco

We expect the continuous acquisition of skills and knowledge, both to provide better service to our clients, for personal development and for career advancement through all aspects of learning. The best teams are those that are so hungry for more success that they are willing to get uncomfortable and take risks in order to reach their potential. It is the responsibility of those on our team to intentionally pursue learning and improvement. It is the company’s responsibility to assist wherever possible. Our clients, co-workers and families depend on us to keep improving. “Without continual growth and progress such words as improvement, achievement and success have no meaning.” – Ben Franklin

We present ourselves, our company and our work in and intentional and first-class manner. We work consistently to develop our skills and knowledge. We make wise choices exhibiting good judgement and we treat other people with respect. “Preparation breeds professionalism, and professionalism enhances leadership competencies.” – Noel De Jesus

At Client Command,® we measure our success by the value we deliver to our customers and our employees. We are proud of our patented, nationally recognized, award-winning products, technology & culture.
