1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older, who are registered attendees of the 2026 NADA Show in Las Vegas. Employees of Client Command, its affiliates, agents, and immediate family/household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes/Giveaway is void where prohibited.

2. Promotion Period

Begins February 04, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PT and ends February 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PT (“Promotion Period”). Client Command’s clock located in the Client Command booth at NADA 2026 controls the timing of all components of this Sweepstakes/Giveaway.

3. How to Enter

You may enter by any of the methods below. Limit seven (7) entries per eligible person per Promotion Period. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected.

3.1 Booth Entry (On-Site)

Visit Client Command’s Booth at the NADA 2026 Show and complete the electronic entry form for one (1) entry. You may not complete more than one Booth Entry.

3.2 Booth Entry (Online)

Visit the Client Command NADA 2026 landing page at https://clientcommand.com/nada-2026/ and complete the electronic entry form for one (1) entry. You may not complete more than one Booth Entry.

3.3 Demo Entry (On-Site)

Visit the Client Command booth at NADA 2026 and participate in a demo of Client Command's product at the booth for an additional five (5) entries.

3.4 Putt Entry (On-Site)

Visit the Client Command booth at NADA 2026 and make a putt at the booth for one (1) additional entry.

4. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a drawing conducted by Client Command from all eligible entries received. Drawing will occur on or around February 06, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PT at Client Command's booth.

5. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: A Scotty Cameron Putter (model selected by Client Command) with an approximate retail value of $499.99. Prize is non-transferable; no cash alternative. Client Command may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winner will be announced at Client Command's booth on February 06, 2026 at 10 a.m. PT. Winner must be present in person to receive the prize. If the winner is not present, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to sign required documentation, an alternate winner may be randomly drawn from the remaining entries.

8. Verification & Required Documents

Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes. Winner may be required to complete and return:

• An Affidavit of Eligibility and Release
• Any additional documents necessary to comply with applicable laws

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner grants Client Command the right to use their name, company, title, likeness, and entry information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Client Command is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. Client Command reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning.

11. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Client Command’s Privacy Policy. Client Command may use any personal information submitted for the sole purpose of executing this Sweepstakes/Giveaway and marketing Client Command’s products and services to entrants.
